Shipping & Returns

Returns:
If you purchased your Ekriptik product from a retail store, either on the web or in the actual brick and mortar store, please contact the retailer for their guarantee and return policy. 

We accept returns for defective items only by prior authorization.  Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your product. Returned products must be in undamaged original condition. Custom order items are not returnable. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is found to be damaged or defective after inspection in our facility. Overseas buyers are limited to replacement or refund of item cost only.  Return shipping costs are not refunded for overseas buyers.  Please contact us by email for a return authorization prior to returning any product.

Shipping, tracking numbers and transit times:
We use USPS first class mail for our USA and overseas shipments, unless the buyer has paid for extra cost shipping services. The USPS shipping service may include tracking - we will  send you a tracking number if the USPS gives one to us. Not all our shipments qualify for tracking - yours may be among these. Delivery times to the United States average 5 to 7 days, to Canada, the United Kingdom and the rest of Europe, 6 to 10 days, and from Mexico, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia/NZ approximately 7 to 14 days.

Customs, import duties, etc:
Our shipments must clear customs and may be subject to import duties in your country. This process can cause long delays in delivery, and is not under our control. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. Due to import and customs problems, buyers from certain countries may be required to pay for priority shipping.

Delivery via normal mail may take 30 days to certain countries:
Due to customs and other border delays, we do not consider packages mailed to certain countries overdue until 20 days have passed. These include Spain, Italy, Israel, Russia, Singapore, and certain other countries. No replacements or refunds on shipments to these countries will be issued until 30 days have passed. Please contact us by email prior to ordering if you live in an area where mail delivery may be slow or unreliable. We recommend priority mail shipping for these locations. Standard shipping may not be offered to these countries. By using this website, buyers who select standard mail shipping to these countries acknowledge these potential delays.

Our shipping, tracking, and return policies are subject to change. We make every effort to update our website regularly to reflect these changes. However, if new policies are formulated they supersede the information contained here.
